Use value of managed object prior to save for sync events to use hashed values

    Details

      Description

When properties are configured to be hashed, they are not usable for provisioning after they are saved. However, sync events can still make use of hashed values if they are intercepted prior to the save, in much the same way that the DJ and AD password plugins behave. Unfortunately, at the moment the sync service is started by performing a read on the recently created/updated object, rather than using the value that came from the request. This means that the sync service does not have access to the original (non-hashed) value, and so mappings will not be able to make use of this value.

This needs to be changed so that whatever values were submitted to the managed service are also used during the sync service.
