DB2: Reset DB schema has errors

      Description

      Three errors were seen when reseting OpenIDM DB2 schema, the whole output of command db2 -tf openidm.sql is as below:

      $db2 -tf openidm.sql
      Database Connection Information
       Database server        = DB2/LINUXX8664 10.5.5
       SQL authorization ID   = DB2INST1
       Local database alias   = DOPENIDM
      DB20000I  The QUIESCE DATABASE command completed successfully.
      DB20000I  The UNQUIESCE DATABASE command completed successfully.
      
      DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.
      DB20000I  The DEACTIVATE DATABASE command completed successfully.
      DB20000I  The DROP DATABASE command completed successfully.
      DB20000I  The CREATE DATABASE command completed successfully.

      SQL0205N  Column, attribute, or period "STATUS" is not defined in 
      "SOPENIDM.AUDITACCESS".  SQLSTATE=42703
      
      DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.
      DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.
      DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.
      
      DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a 
      valid Command Line Processor command.  During SQL processing it returned:
      SQL0601N  The name of the object to be created is identical to the existing 
      name "SOIDM14" of type "TABLESPACE".  SQLSTATE=42710
      
      DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.
      ...
      DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.
      DB21034E  The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a 
      valid Command Line Processor command.  During SQL processing it returned:
      SQL0104N  An unexpected token "'openidm-admin'" was found following "m user') 
      UNION ALL (".  Expected tokens may include:  "<values>".  SQLSTATE=42601
      
      DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.
