In some situations, the Admin UI does not display the properties of a completed workflow

    Details

      Description

When trying to look at the properties of a completed (or not BTW) process instance in the admin UI (see screenshot), one of the requests (used to find the initiator of the process instance) issued by the browser works only if the workflow was initiated by a managed user.

If it was initiated for example by an internal user such as openidm-admin or by the task scanner, the request to find the initiator returns a 404 and the process instance properties are not displayed (in spite all other REST requests triggered by clicking on the process instance link return a 200), a "not found error" popup window is displayed instead.

The admin UI should allow to display such process instances, as this is the case for the process instances issued by managed users.
