Description

PR #1299 introduced optimizations to reduce lock contention when performing 'SELECT ... FOR UPDATE' operations agains the OpenIDM JDBC Repository.

Included in the changes for PR #1299 was a new MySQLTableHandler implemenation which was inadvertantly never called from JDBCRepoService.getGenericTableHandler().
