Backport OPENIDM-5304: exception thrown when modifying jdbc datasource settings

      Description

      OOB OpenIDM 4.0 will throw a SEVER exception after changing repo jdbc datasource settings while OpenIDM is running. From the stacktrace, it appears that activiti may be involved. I do not know the ramifications of this exception.
