The implementation of the SAML2ServiceProviderAdapter class defined in a Hosted SPs 'Adapter' section of the 'Assertion Processing' tab is not used when the Service Provider is used in an instance of the SAML2 Authentication Module.
The adapter in this example adds an AttributeConsumingServiceIndex attribute to the SAML Authn request. It works in standalone mode, but the attribute is not included in the request in integrated mode.
