Steps to reproduce
1) Unlock the password field, do not enter anything in the input
2) Save the form
3) Lock the password field back, then try unlocking

Actual behaviour:
JS error is thrown

Expected behaviour:
Works as expected (no js error)

Verified fix on OpenAM 14.0.0-M17 Build 880e2334bb (2017-February-05 21:01)
No JS error appears.
