When trying to change a password using the REST commands, if an incorrect current password is entered an error of

{"code":500, "reason":"Internal Server Error", "message":"an error occurred while trying to change password"}

happens. When a password of incorrect length is entered for a new password, the same error is generated. Customer would like a more detailed error message displayed to the user.

modification of the status, in order to migrate the 'Zendesk ID' field to 'Support Ticket ID' field.
