 Description

In multi-homed environments it can sometimes be useful to force outbound connections (DS->RS, RS->RS, PTA, etc) to use a particular local address (i.e. NIC)

Currently client sockets just call connect(), and the OS chooses the local address and port automatically.

Trying to close again after reopening to add a release-notes label.

Closing again after reopening to add a release-notes label.

JIRA really shouldn't force you to reopen an issue just to add a label.

modification of the status, in order to migrate the 'Zendesk ID' field to 'Support Ticket ID' field.
