[OPENDJ-6735] Add client-side support for caching computed SASL SCRAM credentials Created: 25/Oct/19 Updated: 28/Jul/20
|Component/s:||core apis, security|
The SASL SCRAM protocol allows client applications to cache the computationally expensive SaltedPassword (see RFC 5803) so that client applications can open several connections in quick succession, e.g. when creating connection pools, etc.
This issue can be closed once we expose a caching mechanism for client applications.
