Sometimes a tool will fail even though the command line arguments look correct. In this case, it is often because a property file is being used to get part of the argument's values and it is very difficult to diagnose the problem because it is hidden.

To help users in this particular use-case, upon failures, all of our tools should warn the user when one or more argument value was taken from a property file.
