Our automated test found Vlv Index Search Strategy not working anymore.

When trying to use the Vlv Index Search Strategy we are expecting to see that strategy being used in the IDM log, search for the pattern 'VLV Search Strategy used for search operation'.

Pyforge test can be run as

./run-pybot.py -s *ldap.opendj.configuration* -t use_VlvIndexSearchStrategy OpenIDM

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install IDM with DJ, configure provisioner in 'sync-with-ldap-groups' samples directory
2. Update configurationProperties as follows:

   "useBlocks":"true",
   "usePagedResultControl":"false",
   

3. Query the ldap account:

   Response:

4. Search for the pattern "VLV Search Strategy used for search operation" in IDM log, expecting to find it at least once.
