Epic Link: Commons Secrets Integration

Currently, the IDM secrets use course grained purposes: encrypt, decrypt, sign, etc. Because IDM can have more than one secret for these purposes, we need a finer grained classification that allows the system to obtain an unambiguous secret based on its purpose.
