In today's #idm Slack, I learned that we have a query-all-ids-count option, limited to JDBC repos (i.e. it doesn't work with the default DS repo).

It seems like a useful option for people who need a command-line based count of the number of existing users.

I'd add it to the following section: https://ea.forgerock.com/docs/idm/integrators-guide/index.html#managing-users-REST

(NOTE: this endpoint doesn't appear in the API Explorer when MySQL is enabled. Maybe that's also a dev bug. Maybe we shouldn't have to doc this endpoint, and leave it to the API Explorer.)

Alternate: if we're OK with letting users hack a REST call output to `| grep _id | wc -l`, I'm OK with a "wont' fix" resolution.

I think this is something we can handle in user forums, support channels, and other views - in other words, we don't need to document. Customers can figure out most of these #lifehacks as well as we can.

Additionally, because of imparity with DJ, I'd like to avoid documenting repo-specific choices.

Lastly, we don't document all the _queryIds, and I don't think we necessarily should.
