 Description

When accessing IDM admin interface to review completed workflow processes, get "Not Found Error" when selecting a workflow.  Browser console shows error from rest call that fails trying to access the "/managed/user/username".  The user does exist.  The admin interfaces is using the "/managed/user/GUID" to access the record.  The workflow data attribute "startUserId" contains the username not the GUID.  See attached screen shots.

Comment from Scott Fehrman from OPENIDM-9554:

Installed 6.0.0, still getting error with completed workflows.  Click on process, get a "Not Found" error.  see screen shot.  All of the completed "Identity Proofing Workflow" processes have a not found error.  This workflow is run during Registration and Recon of new users from an database.

Comments from Jason Browne from OPENIDM-9554:

The other workflows were designed to look up a user and associate it. This workflow is allowing anonymous users to do things. This is not a usecase that was ever mentioned (since the UI was designed to allow for displaying/connection to the user who created/completed the workflow). Brendan Miller We will have to decide what to do.

At this point I think the admin UI should just rely on data purely from the workflow return. Trying to provide additional details and links by looking things up in managed/user is unreliable.

updated Jira ... was tagged as "6.0" for affects version ... this was corrected to "6.5".  This was not an issue for IDM 6.0
