On Windows 2012, a customer (Cisco) was able to run the script to create a service for OpenIDM. The script says that it completed successfully, but the service was still missing.

Changing the command shell to be in "administrator" mode solved the problem.

The script/.exe could be enhanced to check for this condition, but it's easier to take of it with additional doc instructions.

I think the solution to this will come with OPENIDM-5288 – though admin mode is still an option.

Closing as dup of OPENIDM-5388, reopening that
