Include documentation to extend MS Live as a social provider to allow users to register and authenticate.
1. How to configure MS Live as a social provider in IDM
2. The social provider is available for an administrator to configure
3. End users can then use that to register and authenticate
4. The user profile attributes are extracted from the social provider and is available in IDM.

Note: Need QA to test this as a test case to prove the instructions captured are correct.
